Facial Exercises Day 5

Yay! You made it to day five. The next video will have all the moves grouped together as a flow. That will be the video you can refer to from here on. So far you should be doing these things daily:

*Drinking half your bodyweight in ounces of water daily.

*Taking fish oil from small fish daily.

*Wearing a healthy for your body sunblock.

*Cutting out sugar

*Double cleansing your face daily.

*Doing your facial exercises daily.

I believe you can do all these things going forward into the future. Think of how you will look and feel if you do! Use that as motivation to go forward.
